I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were well provided for and very comfortable, offering beautiful city views. However, there was a small issue with the room keys at check-in. The service was excellent, with helpful staff looking after us throughout. The location was decent, though not ideal for exploring the city on foot. The dining experience was pleasant, with delicious food options available. Overall, a good value for money stay with some room for improvement.
Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were superb, providing access to the Pearl lounge for fantastic lunch and dinner settings. I particularly loved the ambiance of my dark bedroom among the three available. However, the service fell short of the luxury-high-end hotel expectations, though the breathtaking surroundings and range of services like room service, housekeeping, and shuttle service were impressive. The location, while in a decent area with easy access to everything, wasn't ideal for exploring Ho Chi Minh City on foot. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide array of delicious options, especially in the VIP lounge.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed access to the Pearl lounge for meals. The staff was accommodating, allowing for early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost. The location was convenient, although not ideal for exploring on foot. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a decent selection of food available. I hope to see improvements in the future, especially during festive occasions, to enhance the spirit of the new year.
